All orders are proudly shipped from the United States. At Bleacher Brigade, we’re all about helping you show your team spirit with personalized fan gear, custom-made just for you!

Because every item is made to order with care through our trusted print partner, most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 business days. During busier times, like the height of sports seasons, it may take up to 5 business days—we appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you!

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-10 days, depending on the carrier. Please note that shipping times cannot be guaranteed

Lost Packages: In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact your local post office. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to customer support through the Contact Us form at the bottom of our home page. We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.
