Returns and Exchanges
At Bleacher Brigade, every order is custom-made just for you, making it a unique and personalized experience! Because of this, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. To ensure your satisfaction, we encourage you to carefully review the size chart and confirm your size and color choices before placing your order.

 

Replacements and Refunds
We’re here to make things right if something doesn’t go as planned! If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing error, or is incorrect, we offer a 30-day replacement or refund policy. You’ll have 30 days from the date you receive your item to contact us.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect product when reaching out. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photo, and let you know if the replacement or refund was approved or not.

  • Replacements: If approved, we will automatically process a replacement order which will process under the timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy
  • Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your replacement or refund, please contact us at customersupport@bleacherbrigade.com.

 

Lost Package?
In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% accurate. Even a single missing letter or number can cause a delivery failure.

If the address is correct, please make sure to contact your local post office. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.

After both of these steps have been completed, please reach out to customer support through the Contact Us form at the bottom of our home page. We will investigate it further and offer a free replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.
